Masterarbeiten: Targeting Extracellular Vesicles in Acute Myeloid Leukemia

This master’s thesis investigates the role of extracellular vesicles (EVs) in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and their potential as therapeutic targets. AML-derived EVs carry proteins and RNA that promote disease progression and resistance to apoptosis. The project aims to block EV release, preventing the spread of leukemia-promoting factors. By doing so, it seeks to restore the sensitivity of AML cells to treatment, offering a new therapeutic approach.
