In this research project, antibodies should be purified from a highly complex matrix for later application in the food and cosmetic industry. Therefore, precipitation and bare iron oxide nanoparticles are combined for efficient processing. The focus of this work will be the optimization and robustness analysis of this process. Therefore, different parameters need to be investigated like:
- Process optimization
- Scale-up to pilot scale
- Reusability of the BION
- Robustness analysis
