YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to actively fuel our company's growth journey and play a
key role in our organizational scaling, take responsibilities from day one,
drive proactive solutions, and help shape a thriving culture while working
with passionate people and enjoying every step of the journey. Your key
responsibilities include:

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate internal and external communication
• Support HR projects and initiatives
• Assist with recruiting activities
• Maintain employee data and HR documentation
• Support day-to-day HR administration
• Support employer branding activities
• Help organize internal events
• Respond to general HR-related inquiries


YOUR PROFILE
You are a motivated student with a genuine passion for people, culture, and
organizational growth. Your strong interpersonal skills, combined with a
structured and proactive mindset, enable you to support core HR
processes and contribute to an exceptional employee experience. To thrive
in this role, you bring:

• Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration,
Psychology, Business Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in HR is desirable. Experience in the quantum
or deep tech industry is an additional advantage.
• Strong communication skills and people-oriented mindset
• Structured, reliable and detailed oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently
• Good command of English and German
• Proficient in MS Office
