Student Assistant (f/m/d) Think.Make.Start. Social Media / Marketing (8 hours / week)

09.07.2026, Student assistants, internships, student research projects

Are you excited about bringing creative ideas to life? Do you enjoy design, social media, and marketing – and want to gain valuable insights into the innovation ecosystem?

Think.Make.Start. (TMS) is an entrepreneurship program by Technical University of Munich (TUM) that inspires students from all disciplines to explore innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. Within just two weeks, participants develop their own ideas, learn how to approach challenges creatively, and create first concepts for the future.

To increase the visibility of TMS, we are looking for a creative and motivated Student Assistant who will support us with marketing, content creation, and communication, helping to bring the spirit of the program to life across different channels.

Your Profile

You have a passion for creative work, a good eye for design, and an interest in startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship. You enjoy working independently, take initiative, and like bringing your own ideas to the table. Experience with graphic design, social media, or content creation is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

You will actively contribute to the marketing activities of Think.Make.Start. You will support the preparation of all marketing measures before the next batch, including poster design, social media content, and website updates. During the two-week batch phase from September 4–18, 2026, you will help manage daily marketing activities. In addition, you will support the wrap-up of the current batch on September 23 and help prepare the next program cycle in March/April 2027.

Your Benefits

You will take ownership of your projects and have plenty of room to bring your creativity to life. After the batch phase, you can organize your 8 weekly working hours flexibly to fit your schedule. You will also become part of the TUM and UnternehmerTUM ecosystem and connect with inspiring founders, innovators, and members of the startup community.

Interested? We look forward to receiving your application! Please send your letter of motivation and CV to us.
