Are you interested in meeting new people and supporting international students in their first steps at TUM? You find intercultural communication exciting and you can handle a flood of e-mails? Then we are looking forward to your application!

What tasks can you expect?

• Support the administration of international student mobility (both incoming and outgoing)
• Assist in planning and coordinating events for students and partners
• Create engaging content for social media and other communication channels
• Research, compile, and analyze data in an international higher education environment
• Support communication and email correspondence in the International Office
• Support additional projects and tasks within the TUM School of Management

What do you bring?

• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Strong digital skills, including confidence with social media tools
• You are currently enrolled at a university, ideally at the TUM School of Management
• A proactive, independent, and reliable working style
