The Chair of Energy Efficient and Sustainable Design and Building (ENPB) offers you the opportunity to develop your thesis or study project within one of our research areas. The topics range from life cycle assessment of buildings and interdisciplinary urban development to the optimization of building operation.

In this course, you will gain valuable insight into scientific working methods and develop an exposé based on one of our proposed topics, forming the foundation for your future thesis or study project.

The course starts at the end of May and is intended for students planning to complete their thesis in the winter semester 2026/27.
