The Center for Digital Technology and Management is a joint institution of LMU and TU Munich. As part of our management team, you sit at the intersection of institution building and academic research – co-running one of Europe's most ambitious innovation education programs while pursuing a doctorate on a topic you choose. We're hiring at the CDTM 🚀

The CDTM program gets a lot of attention. The Centerlings, the courses, the startups. But behind the organization is a small management team making it happen. We're looking for someone to join that team. 🙌

What it looks like in practice:

  • You work closely with students on real challenges and ambitious ideas.
  • You help build a community that connects TUM, LMU, founders, researchers, and investors across Munich and beyond.
  • You take ownership early. Not in theory, but in practice.
  • And alongside the operational work, you pursue your own PhD in a field you genuinely care about.
Who we're looking for: Someone who wants real responsibility early. Curious, entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity. You care about impact, not just output.
