The concerns about the impact of conventional solvents on the health and environment have increased the trend toward using green solvents. Natural green solvents can be designed by using two or more solid natural compounds that are capable to form a liquid mixture at the desired operating temperature. Due to a large number of possible combinations, efficient design of these green solvents requires the use of predictive methods that are capable to predict the physicochemical properties. The aim of this project is to establish a fast screening method that can provide a-prior predictions for the physicochemical properties.

Der FRM II betreibt mit MEDAPP und NECTAR zwei Anlagen für Neutronenbestrahlung und -Radiographie. Beide Anlagen werden umgebaut und optimiert. Zur Unterstützung suchen wir für diese Aufgabe Hilfskräfte.
