Student Assistant for Communication and Outreach in AI for Health (f/m/x)

We are looking for a student assistant to support our AI for Health teams with communication, outreach, and administrative tasks.

The Helmholtz AI consultant team for Health and the AI for Health clinical AI consultant team, both located at Helmholtz Munich, support researchers and clinicians in applying AI to health-related research and clinical use cases. We are looking for a student assistant to support our teams in communication, outreach, and administrative tasks.

Your tasks

• Preparing materials and visuals, such as slides, flyers, short videos, etc., for internal and external outreach.
• Prepare and update website content, including general updates, team updates, project descriptions, and other AI-related content.
• Assistance with science communication, e.g., organizing roadshows for scientists and clinicians.

Your profile

• Good knowledge of efficient (visual) communication, familiarity with Canva is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to work on various upcoming tasks
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (or equivalent); Notion and Slack are a plus
• An interest in artificial intelligence/machine learning
• Very good skills in English (German is a plus)

We offer flexible working hours of 8–20 hours per week and mobile working for most tasks. Remuneration and social security benefits are based on the Collective Wage Agreement for Public-Sector Employees (TVöD) - EG 2.
