Evaluating Antibody Orientation on Chromatographic Resins Using Protein L
This project aims to evaluate the orientation of antibodies directly immobilized on chromatographic resins via covalent binding. Proper antibody orientation is critical to ensure that the antigen-binding sites are accessible and functional, which affects the performance of affinity-based separations.
Research Objective:
Test different chromatographic resins for antibody immobilization
To understand antibody orientation.
Identify which resin gives the best antibody orientation for capturing targets
Analytical Technique: SDS-PAGE, BCA assay.
Profile:
Structured and independent work
Motivation to work as a team/ willing to learn
Master/Bachelor student in chemical engineering, biotechnology (IBT, MBT),Pharmaceutical biotechnology biochemistry, chemistry, microbiology, biology or similar
