Hi everyone 👋

We recently came out of stealth and raised fresh funding. Now we are hiring for three key wet lab roles at Differential Bio. We are a biotech startup based in Munich with lab operations in Freising and Munich. You will be working alongside me, Dong Zhao, the Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder. If you're interested in microbiology, fermentation, or lab automation, we’d love to hear from you.

🔬 Lab Research Intern: A hands-on internship supporting microbial cultivation, media prep, basic assays, and high-throughput workflows. Great opportunity to gain practical experience and work closely with our founders at an early stage.

🧪 Research Technician: Support fermentation experiments, lab automation, and experimental workflows in close collaboration with me and the wider R&D team. A key role in day-to-day operations and project execution.

🧬 Senior Scientist (Microbiology): Lead research initiatives, develop assays, guide strain cultivation and mentor junior staff. Work directly with me to shape our bioprocess optimization platform and drive innovation in microbial R&D.

All roles are on-site in Freising (85354) and part of our mission to make bio-based production more efficient through lab automation and data-driven experimentation.
