Student Assistant - Founder’s Associate (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities
• Investor & BizDev Ops – Research VCs and angels, prep pitches, keep our CRM spotless, chase follow-ups.
• Admin & Finance – Wrangle taxes, pay bills, process grant paperwork, order lab & office supplies.
• Tooling & Processes – Create lean, mean processes for daily ops (e.g. holiday applications, travel reimbursements, etc)
• Special projects – jump into anything from grant-writing support to basic deck/poster polishing.
Qualifications & Experience
• Clear written & spoken English; enough German to navigate forms and suppliers.
• Proven knack for organisation—spreadsheets, cloud folders, LinkedIn, Google / MS Office are second nature.
• Track record of proactive problem-solving: you spot bottlenecks and fix them before they hit the founder’s desk.
• Eagle-eye for detail (we’ll test it).
• Nice-to-haves: basic biotech vocabulary, Canva/Figma polish, prior dealings with German bureaucracy, background in Finance/business

• Flexible 10-20h/week schedule, 2 days per week on-site (Garching) (Experienced VAs can be fully remote)
