Network & Events in the area of Food / Agro / Biotech in Weihenstephan (up to 20 hours/week, flexible scheduling)

TUM Entrepreneurship supports ambitious founders and startups on their journey from idea to market validation. With our experience and network, we help innovative projects reach the next level. This is your chance to gain insight into the development of startups within a dynamic, interdisciplinary team and collect valuable practical experience in an international environment.

Your Tasks
We are particularly looking for a TUM student with a background in business and/or life sciences to support us with the following activities:
• Organization of networking formats: Supporting the planning and execution of monthly networking events (used as a platform for peer-to-peer knowledge exchan-ge among founders and stakeholders in the agricultural and food sectors)
• Co-organization of info sessions & events: Executing, planning, and managing startup info events (e.g., from EIT Food projects) and startup events (e.g., AgriFood Demo Day)
• Startup support: Assisting and advising startups in close collaboration with our team
• Support with network communication (e.g., newsletter): Creating content for a regular newsletter aimed at startups in the agricultural and food sectors

Your Profile
• Enthusiasm for startups, technology, and innovation
• Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
• Structured, accurate, and independent working style
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Excellent command of both German and English
• Proficiency with digital tools (Notion, Slack, MS Office, Miro, ChatGPT)
• Any experience with organizing events, building websites, content creation, or (on-line) marketing is a plus
