Student Assistant in the Project Management of our Programs for Professionals (15-20 h/week)

Please note that you must be an enrolled student in a German university to qualify for this position.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- High affinity for technology (CRM system) and enjoy working with seminar technology
- Experience in research activities • Very good language skills in English and/ or German (min. C1) • High attention to detail, 'hands-on mentality' and customer focus
- Enjoy working with diverse individuals and groups and interacting with people from different professional and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Availability for at least 6 months
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and follow-up as well as on-site support of seminar events held at our facilities in Schwabing & Garching (service activities for seminar catering as well as set-up and dismantling of rooms, preparation of course materials, support for our virtual events as an eScout)
- Collaboration in sales activities (e.g. information events) and support in market research for new programs as well as preparation of information materials
- Support in prospect and applicant management, as well as audit performance management
- Support in data maintenance in the web-based CRM system
