Helmholtz AI Munich is looking for a student assistant for AI consulting management (f/m/x) to join the AI consultant team.

Your Tasks

As a member of the AI consultant team, your tasks will include:

• Supporting the Helmholtz AI Consultant Team in administrative tasks e.g. team offsites, trainings etc.
• Assistance with project management of upcoming and active consulting projects incl. KPI management
• Optimizing internal processes (SOPs) and work templates
• Assistance with science communication, e.g. preparing info material and organizing roadshows for scientists

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to work on various upcoming tasks
• An interest in artificial intelligence/machine learning
• Very good skills in English (German is a plus)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (or equivalent); Notion and Slack are a plus

We offer 8-20 hours a week, flexible working hours and mobile working for most tasks. If you are interested, please contact us directly. Starting date is flexible.
