- Currently enrolled as a Master's student in computer science or a related field.
Your Tasks
- Familiarize yourself with our Oligo Designer Toolsuite and provide usability feedback.
- Design and implement an intuitive GUI to make configurations interactive and user-friendly.
- Develop a system to manage pipeline runs, including:
- Tracking the execution status of ongoing runs.
- Allowing users to launch and monitor runs, even after leaving the window.
- Managing a job queue to handle multiple pipeline requests.
What We Offer
- Competitive student salary (6-month contract).
- Flexible working times.
- Opportunity to get a glimpse of the research consulting world within Helmholtz.
