Research assistant (m/f/d) for the project InclusiveSpaces

The Chair of Urban Structure and Transport Planning is seeking a student assistant (m/f/d), with 8h/week, for the interational project InclusiveSpaces.

Requirement:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a Munich university or college, preferably in a mobility-related field of study.
- Interest in and basic knowledge of mobility and the design of public spaces, especially considering the diverse social components.
- Independent working style and proficiency in MS Office.
- Good written and spoken proficiency in English and German (at least B2 level).

Tasks:
- Active participation in the InclusiveSpaces project, with the possibility of supporting other projects.
- Assistance in the preparation, conduct, and evaluation of interviews.
- Support on the development of a comfort-based accessibility tool
- Preparation of research results as well as documentation and evaluation of project progress.
- Support the general chair operations.

We offer:
We are an international team and offer insights into scientific practice as well as the opportunity to collaborate on various research projects. We encourage participation in internal meetings, project appointments, webinars, and workshops. The working hours are 8 hours per week and can be arranged flexibly in consultation with the team. The position is limited until March 2025, but a long-term collaboration is being sought. Work can be done either in the office (TUM Campus Munich Downtown) or from home. Compensation is in accordance with TUM standards for student/research assistants.
