Our profile

We believe that as an interdisciplinary team, we can contribute to the pursuit of achieving well-being for all by inte-grating basic science and novel technologies into the global health agenda and thus address urgent global health challenges. To achieve this, we work with partners from the global south in large, interdisciplinary consortia.
The Center for Global Health at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) is concerned with the promotion of health as well as with the prevention of poor health at a global level. It brings together and initiates research projects and teaching activities that address global health issues across different disciplines. The Center for Global Health therefore connects researchers of different faculties and their research foci.


Your profile
- Currently enrolled in Medicine, Health Sciences or a related field (enrolment to be valid for the duration of the tenure)
- Passion for advancing Global Health
- Proficient in MS-Office suite; reference management software e.g. EndNote; design management software e.g. Canva added bonus
- Strong communication skills
- Native German speaker
- Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum of B2)


Your tasks
- Contribution to various TUM Center for Global Health activities (e.g. workshop, seminar organization)
- Dissemination and communication e.g. developing and managing announcements for various scientific activities
- Support development of presentations and/or lectures on high level scientific topics e.g. women’s health, climate resilience and health
- Maintain social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn e.g. draft regular posts and updates, curate feed etc.
- Administrative support to coordinator
