Position: Student Assistant - Enterprise Processes and Data Management

Requirements:
- User knowledge in the field of low & high-fi fidelity prototyping with Figma
- Curious to learn new things, to focus on the user, and to expand and develop your own skills
- Team player mentality as well as a precise and solution-oriented way of working
- Proficient in English (German knowledge is a plus)
- Enrolled TUM student (Bachelor/Master)
- Knowledge of programming languages

Job Details:
Duration: Initially 8 hours per week (with the possibility of an increase)
Location: City center, Main Campus of TUM
Work Hours: Flexible
Team: Friendly and uncomplicated

Responsibilities:
- As a student assistant on our Enterprise Processes and Data Management Team, you will actively help the team with software development for use at TUM. Embrace the opportunity to work with digitalization, which will significantly impact the quality standards of TUM.
- You support the definition & implementation of UI concepts, including pixel-perfect visual design of different web/app applications in an agile environment
- You contribute to the translation of complex requirements into simple and understandable processes and visualization of user-centered prototypes
- You are jointly responsible for the preparation, formulation, and testing of user stories or digital requirements relating to design or UX/UI
- You help with the implementation of usability tests, ideation workshops, and user interviews
