Student Assistant for IT-Support, Maintenance and Development, General Support

The Tutor Coordination Office of the School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT) is responsible for the recruitment process of student tutors. Our team assists tutors and their supervisors through general, administrative and didactic support.
We are looking for a motivated student assistant (approx. 12 hours/week) who is responsible for the following tasks:
- Supporting the software tools for the organization of the Tutor Coordination Office
- Maintaining and developing the ASTRA tool concerning performance, usability and security issues
- Implementing database queries and software interfaces
- Adapting administrative processes to digitization requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Linux servers (configuration and maintenance)
- Programming skills in Java Script
- First experience with web development (MERN stack) is preferred but not compulsory
- Administrative process experience is preferred but not compulsory
