Performance bonuses for TV-L employees in 2024 – results of analysis for the 2023 calendar year

The results of the analysis round for 2023 were announced in a circular on May 7, 2024. In the Service Directory you can view the allocation of performance bonuses to the various employee groups for the past year.

The allocation round for 2024 is now being prepared and will start as soon as we receive the budget from the Bavarian Ministry of Science and the Arts and can start to allocate it. The process will take place in the familiar form on the basis of our service agreement.

Continually updated information on the performance bonus and the expected start of the 2024 round is available in the Service Directory: „Leistungsentgelt“.

New: video tutorials from ZA2 Personal

The ZA2now offers video tutorials. They cover key HR topics to help yo with preparatory HR-related tasks in your everyday work. We will be continually adding new video tutorials and updating the existing ones: "Video-Tutorials der Personalabteilung" 

TUM students with a difference

Work/study program leading to a public administration specialist diploma (FH) as an entry qualification for a career in university administration: Again this year, the selection process of the Bavarian State Personnel Committee will consider applicants for the work-study program for a diploma as a public administration specialist (FH), with TUM serving as the vocational training authority.

The registration deadline is July 10, 2024. To register: Zur Anmeldung

European election on June 9, 2024

Due to the upcoming elections, on the recommendation of the Bavarian Ministry of the Interior, Sports and Integration you will receive comprehensive information on pre-election visits to public offices by representatives/candidates and on participation in election events:

Above all, please be aware that, for reasons of neutrality, requests from representatives/candidates to visit offices can no longer be approved in the final four weeks prior to the election date.
The relevant ministerial letter can be found in the ZA2 compendium under the heading European Election 2024: „Europawahl 2024“.
