Die Technische Universität München (TUM) und die Alexander von Humboldt- Stiftung fördern die Erweiterung der Forschungsgruppe Energieinformatik am Lehrstuhl für Anwendungs- und Middlewaresysteme. Der Lehrstuhl ist am Institut für Informatik der TUM angesiedelt. Die Energieinformatik ist ein neuer Forschungszweig der Informatik, der sich mit informationstechnischen Ansätzen zur nachhaltigen Energieversorgung beschäftigt. Dies beinhaltet den Entwurf und die Evaluation von Systemkomponenten (Algorithmen, Datenstrukturen, Schnittstellen, etc.) zur zielgerichteten Analyse großer Datenströme, insbesondere Sensordaten, sowie zur Steuerung komplexer Systeme (Smart Grids, Smart Buildings, etc.).

Der Lehrstuhl für Logistik & Supply Chain Management sucht ab 01. April eine studentische Hilfskraft für die Unterstützung bei Projekten mit Unternehmen (DAX Konzerne, Mittelstand) sowie bei Forschungsprojekten. Bereits zum sechsten Mal in Folge findet der Deutsche Materialfluss-Kongress an der TU München in Garching statt. Das Motto – "Intralogistik bewegt – mehr Effizienz, mehr Produktivität" – wird am 29. und 30. März 2007 wieder mehr als 600 Experten aus Wirtschaft und Forschung nach Garching führen, um die neuesten Trends und Innovationen der Intralogistik zu diskutieren. The Chair Group of Production and Resource Economics at the TUM School of Management and the TUM School of Life Sciences offers three positions as Ph.D. Student / Junior Researcher Microeconomics / Applied Economics The initial appointment will be 2 years with the possibility of extension. Salary is in accordance with the German State Regulated Public Salary Scale (starting at TV-L E13 2/3). Tasks The successful candidate will conduct cutting-edge empirical research in at least one of the following areas: - natural resources and environment, - climate change and policy, - digitalisation, AI and smart technologies, - policy impact analysis, and/or - production efficiency and markets. leading to an internationally competitive PhD degree and internationally peer-reviewed publications. The position will include significant involvement in selected nationally and internationally funded projects, such as various EU Horizon projects (e.g., AGRO-WELL, INSPIRE, WATERGRID, NOVASOIL) or nationally funded projects. He/she will receive high quality supervision from the chair’s senior academic staff and might be involved in teaching at under/postgraduate level as well as funding acquisition and (global) outreach, if desired. The potential of oxidative enzymes like peroxidases and laccases to degrade TOrCs have already been investigated and studies in managed aquifer systems (MAR) imply the involvement of even more enzymes like monooxygenase in TOrC degradation. Investigations in this area face difficulties due to complex mixtures of enzymes and complex matrices. In order to take advantage of enzymes as TOrC metabolizing biocatalyst, there is the need to establish a method to measure the enzymatic activity of enzymes in those samples. The methodological processes has already been applied and optimized to measure the enzymatic reactions in aquifer sample. However, it seems that ongoing processes are complex and that metal ions like Fe(II), pseudo peroxidases or humic substances play a role in substrate oxidation. Within the study project/ thesis experiments will be designed in order to investigate the impact of interfering factors. Therefore, different setups will be tested systematically so that finally the enzymatic activity in environmental samples can be assessed
