Student Assisstent - EdTech Team (ProLehre)

Organize workshops, communicate with tutors, prepare training materials on Moodle, and run your own workshops. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with others in a flexible environment, we’d love to hear from you. An interest in teaching, course design, or educational technology is a plus.

Join our dynamic Educational Technology team at ProLehre! We support TUM faculty and tutors in enhancing teaching and learning through innovative digital tools and pedagogy. As a Student Assistant, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and improving engaging online and hybrid courses and resources for the TUM teaching community. This role offers hands-on experience in instructional design, learning management systems (specifically Moodle), content creation, and faculty support within a higher education context.

Requirements:

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Independent, responsible, and organized; good communication skills
  • Confident use of common MS Office programs and a high affinity for IT-related topics
  • You have not yet completed a master's degree program

Responsibilities:

  • Course content development and management (Moodle)
  • Support planning, development, and refinement of new and existing online/hybrid courses and resources
  • Monitor and moderate course forums
  • Develop and administer feedback surveys for courses and workshops
  • Assist in the planning, preparation (content, logistics), and delivery of workshops and training sessions
  • Research, test, evaluate, and present new e-learning and AI tools relevant to higher education teaching
