Become part of the AI Guide Academy: Learn how to use genKI and teach others how to use it! You will receive comprehensive training, teach others how to use genKI with us, and also focus on information management.

Everyone is talking about AI, but only a few people know how to use it properly. That's exactly what we want to change. We are a future-oriented program at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) that aims to introduce students and teachers to the use of AI in education and enable them to conduct experiments. Our vision is to make TUM a global leader in preparing students for their lives through the meaningful use of AI in higher education. That's exactly why we need you!

Your tasks

• Supporting teachers by providing targeted advice and AI tools for teaching (on request)
• Maintaining and further developing a prompt library and FAQ system
• Evaluating and publishing reports on AI usage
• Handling inquiries and exchanging information with teachers and other AI guides
• Supporting the design of training courses and workshops for teachers

Your profile

• Enrolled TUM student with work permit
• Experience in using AI tools and applications in higher education
• Fluent in German and English
• Time to work approximately 8 hours per week
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
• Interest in information management and knowledge administration.
• Analytical skills and experience in reporting and publishing findings.
