The research group of Prof. Dr. Gronnier at the Weihenstephan Campus in Freising investigates cellular aspects of plant immunity, development, and evolution. His group employs multidisciplinary approaches, including genet-ics, biochemistry, live-cell imaging, and high-resolution microscopy, to decipher fundamental aspects of cell sig-naling, with a particular focus on the spatial and temporal regulation of membrane-based molecular events.
Your Profile
•Completed training as a BTA/biological laboratory technician (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification, ideally with professional experience
•Practical experience in applying micro-biological, molecular-biological and plant biology-related methods
•Good English skills and proficiency with MS Office
•Team-oriented, motivated, and proactive
Tasks
Your responsibilities will include the preparation of stock cultures (solutions and media), as well as participation in macroscopic, cellular, and molecular phenotypic analyses of plant development and immunity, including the use of live-cell imaging and biochemical approaches.
