What you can expect:

  • You will develop and carry out (online-based) events to attract participants for our program formats.
  • You will advise people interested in continuing education and companies in face-to-face and virtual meetings and manage program marketing activities.
  • You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of double degree partnerships as well as the strategic expansion of our network through the development of new collaborations.
  • You will work closely with program partners to plan and implement continuing education programs.
  • You will conduct needs and market analyses and develop recommendations for program planning and the continuous development of programs.
  • You are responsible for the supervision and support of participants and lecturers throughout the entire program implementation.
  • You will manage your projects in collaboration with student assistants and report in regular team meetings.

What you bring to the table:

  • You enjoy actively approaching people and have the ability to network quickly and authentically with people from different cultural backgrounds, professional groups and hierarchical levels.
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of personnel development and/or training.
  • You have a university degree.
  • You have excellent project management skills and are able to inspire those around you.
  • You like to work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and enjoy working in a team.
