Central Contact Point: New Service Desk in Student Service Center

Your search for the "right" contact person at the Student Service Center (SSC) came to an end in April 2011. The Student Admission and Student Counseling have joined forces and now offer students, prospective students and staff the new "SSC Service Desk" as a central contact point for all their questions.

The new service desk is located in the former information office (glass box) at the main campus on Arcisstraße. It is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and also Monday to Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. In addition, a hotline was set up to enable even better accessibility for students. The staff there is happy to answer any questions regarding TUM`s programs: Tel. (089) 289-22245 or e-mail it-support@tum.de.

Student Admission is closed afternoons from May 30 to August 15


Due to the 2011/12 application period for the winter semester and the high volume of double-cohort candidates, the Student Admission will be closed afternoons from May 30 to August 15. The team at the Student Counseling is available, however, during this period at their usual opening hours.
