The Jochberg at Walchensee is situated in the Bavarian Alps and is a true idyll..
With a height of 1565m the Jochberg offers an excellent panorama of all nearby lakes as well as the neighbouring Herzogstand, Schaffreuter, Benediktenwand and many other mountains.
The path can be very slippery, so please think of sturdy hiking shoes, rainwear and sufficient drinking water (2 litres).
Bring also food for lunch.
