Particularly during the Renaissance, Rococo and Industrial eras, Augsburg played a leading role Europe-wide; today it is the third-largest city in the state of Bavaria. One of the famous sons of the city is the writer Bertolt Brecht. We will offer your a guided tour through the inner city with the famous „Augsburger Dom“ (cathedral), the city hall with it's „Goldener Saal“, the old „Fuggerei“, the historic craftsmen city and the palaces of the Maximilianstraße.
