Social Erasmus

This is your next chance to engage in an event of Social Erasmus!

You enjoy getting in contact with children and like sharing your experience with them? This event gives you the opportunity to do this! During this event, you will be able to present your home country to a group of children and give them a new perspective on the world. Afterwards we will cook some typical dishes together and enjoy the evening eating and getting to know different cultures.

We are organizing this event in cooperation with the Bavarian Red Cross and their youth section. This organization has more than 1,100 full-time employees, around 3,500 volunteers and around 60,000 support members doing voluntary work in Munich. Its purpose is to protect human life and health, to ensure respect for all human beings, and to prevent and alleviate human suffering.

This event is part of our Social Inclusion Days organized by the Erasmus Student Network from 27th Nov until 10th of Dec. Social Inclusion Days program is a two-week initiative which will provide opportunities for international students to learn how one can contribute to the improvement of society as European citizens. During this edition, the focus is on the importance of the social impact international volunteers have upon the local communities and upon making inclusive events.
