With the TUM Global Dialogue event series, the TUM Global Network aims to connect the TUM community with cooperation partners and stakeholders from all over the world, facilitate an interactive global dialogue, and make current research topics available to an interested wider public. Hosted by TUM Sao Paulo, this panel discussion with scientists from TUM and its Latin American partner universities will present various ideas and concepts of the bio-economy in Brazil, Colombia and Germany and discuss how they create added value for local communities.
The German Federal Ministry of Education and Science has dedicated the Science Year 2020 to the bioeconomy, thus attaching great importance to a topic that has become increasingly important in Germany, Europe, and beyond.
Selected cooperation projects in bioeconomy between TUM and its Brazilian and Colombian partners will showcase what research cooperation of TUM with its Latin American partners implies in this field and in general.
