The aim of a job interview is for the employer to find out if you fit into the company and the respective team, how you deal with difficult questions, and how you behave in personal interaction. While a job interview is tricky for everybody, it is especially challenging for international students because intercultural differences highly influence both parties‘ behaviors and perceptions.
