Speaker: Prof. Dr. Ty Ferre, Darcy Lecturer 2016

Ty Ferre is a professor in the Department of Hydrology and Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Arizona, USA. He is particularly interested in coupling relatively simple physical models, instrument response models, and advanced inverse methods to support decision making. He has a PhD in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a PhD in Earth Sciences from the University of Waterloo.
