Get prepared to work in a German business environment: German business behavior will be explained and illuminated from the perspective of other nations. We will in particular explore the following aspects: direct and indirect communication, power and hierarchy, time and time management, topics and no-go's in communication, roles of women and men / manager and employee, individualism vs collectivism. We will look at how these influence the professional environment in Germany and which effect they can have. You will be given recommendations how you can manage and handle German particularities in the business context.
