DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the job interview is to find out the applicant’s motivation and why he or she wants to work for this particular company. The employer wants to find out if you fit in the company and the respective team, how you deal with difficult questions, and how you behave in personal interactions. While a job interview is tricky for everybody, it is especially challenging for international students because intercultural differences highly influence both parties behavior and perceptions. In this workshop you learn how to prepare for and succeed in a job interview in Germany.
