One of the major aims of the Munich School of Engineering (MSE) as an inter-faculty organisation is to bring together the right partners and to exchange ideas regarding innovative energy research. Therefrom, symbiotic relations shall arise which enable energy research with an integral approach. For this reason, the MSE is organizing a colloquium on July 18th, 2011 focussing on energy related research topics. These will be presented by researchers from different disciplines presenting posters or presentations. Therefore contributions are welcome concerning both, practicle applications as well as fundamental research. PhD students and young scientists are invited to submit an abstract for a poster or a presentation (depending on the type of project) in order to apply for the active participation in the colloquium.
