Every year, the TUM Global & Alumni Office organizes the TUM Global Week, a platform for the exchange of ideas on the topics of internationalization, international experience and various topics of global significance for the entire TUM family, international partners and experts of different fields. In addition to numerous information and networking events for students, scientists, doctoral candidates, administrative staff, TUM alumni and TUM's international partners, the week is the occasion for the annual meeting of the worldwide TUM Liaison Officers with the TUM community. Look forward to a diverse program and learn more about different exchange and funding opportunities and international research trends, about TUM and its offerings for international students, about our flagship partnerships with Imperial College London, Tsinghua University and the University of Queensland, as well as about the EuroTech Alliance and the EuroTeQ Engineering University. Like every year, you will further have the opportunity to interact with our liaison officers from the five liaison offices in Beijing, Brussels, Mumbai, San Francisco and São Paulo as well as with the colleagues from our campus in Singapore (TUM Asia). Der m4 Award richtet sich an Wissenschaftlerteams an Universitäten, Universitätskliniken und außeruniversitären Forschungseinrichtungen in Bayern. Gefördert werden innovative, ausgründungsorientierte Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte im Bereich der personalisierten Medizin. Mit der Förderung sollen signifikante Entwicklungsschritte (proof-of-concept) erreicht werden, die eine Anschluss- oder Gründungsfinanzierung ermöglichen. Es können Projektfördermittel für bis zu 2 Jahre (Richtwert 250.000 Euro pro Jahr) beantragt werden. Zusätzlich erhalten die erfolgreichen Projekte ein professionelles und individuelles Projektmanagement, Coaching und maßgeschneiderte Beratungsleistungen im Wert von bis zu 30.000 Euro.
