The 16th ACM International Conference on Mobile Systems, Applications, and Services. ACM MobiSys 2018 seeks to present innovative and significant research on the design, implementation, usage, and evaluation of mobile computing and wireless systems, applications, and services. This conference builds on the success of the previous fifteen MobiSys conferences. It is sponsored by ACM SIGMOBILE. We host ACM MobiSys 2018 in Munich, Germany, with Technische Universität München (TUM) as the local hosting institution.

From June 11 through 15 the Garching campus will once again be filled with summer, sun, and nothing at all, or “GARNIX”! The student team has once again spared no expense to make sure nothing is lacking for all those enjoying "GARNIX" on the campus chemistry field.

Die Baustoffsammlung der Technischen Universität München (TUM) ist nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg durch Prof. Franz Hart begründet worden. Sie bestand zunächst aus Natursteinen und wurde im Laufe der Zeit mit anderen Materialgruppen weiter entwickelt. 2015 hat der Leiter der Baustoffsammlung, Johann Weber, den „Natursteinführer München“ am Lehrstuhl für Baukonstruktion und Baustoffkunde erstellt und parallel wurde hierzu eine Fotoausstellung in der Baustoffsammlung konzipiert. 120 Fotos zeigen wo und wie Naturstein in München an Gebäuden verarbeitet worden ist. Unterschiedliche Steinproben laden ein, dieMaterialien „live“ zu erleben.
