My name is Sadnyani, I am 25 years old, and I am starting my Master’s degree at TUM this coming Winter Semester. I am looking for a room in a shared apartment (WG) or a 1-room apartment in Munich or the surrounding area with good public transit access.

• Move-in date: Flexible (15 September or 01 October)
• Budget: Up to €550–€600/month (warm)
• Duration: Long-term or Zwischenmiete (short-term)
• Registration (Anmeldung): Required
• Finances: Completely secured via a German blocked account (Sperrkonto)

About me:

I am a quiet, clean, non-smoking, and reliable student. In my free time, I love listening to music (don't worry, I always use headphones, but I'd love to exchange playlists!), reading, and staying active. I appreciate a respectful, friendly atmosphere in a shared flat and am always open to a brief video call (Zoom/WhatsApp) to introduce myself!
