TUM Master's student looking for WG room / 1-room apartment from 01.10.2026 – Munich / Garching

Hello, my name is Federico. I am an Italian EU citizen and I will start the M.Sc. Mathematics in Data Science at TUM in October 2026. My main study location will be the TUM Garching campus. I am looking for a private room in a shared flat (WG) or a 1-room apartment / studio in Munich or Garching bei München, starting from 01 October 2026. My maximum budget is €1,000 per month including all mandatory recurring housing costs. I am looking for a stay of at least 6 months, ideally 12 months or longer. It is essential that Anmeldung is possible and that a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung can be provided. I am a non-smoker, tidy, respectful and reliable. I can react quickly to a suitable offer and I am available for either an in-person viewing or a video call. I would be very happy to receive any suitable offers or leads. Thank you!
