TUM Master’s student seeking a furnished WG room or small apartment near Garching or along the U6 from September/October 2026. Warm rent including utilities up to EUR 1,000; minimum stay six months; Anmeldung required.

Hello,

I am Wilson (Weixing) Ouyang, a Master’s student in Quantum Science and Technology at TUM. I am looking for a furnished room in a shared flat or a small apartment in Garching, or somewhere along the U6 with a convenient commute to TUM Garching and MPQ.

I would like to move in during September or October 2026. My budget is up to EUR 1,000 per month including utilities, and I am looking for a rental period of at least six months. Anmeldung (address registration) is required.
