Furnished private room in a shared student flat in Schwabing-West, available from 20 August to 30 September 2026. September-only rental is possible. Rent is EUR 420 for September, including utilities and internet. Five minutes from U2 Josephsplatz and about 15 minutes on foot from TUM’s main campus. Enrollment at a Munich university is required.

I am subletting my fully furnished private room in a shared student flat in Schwabing-West.

Period

The room is available from 20 August to 30 September 2026. It can be rented for the full period or for September only. Early move-in from 20 August is optional, and the August rent will be calculated pro rata according to the move-in date.

Location

Agnesstraße 31, 80798 Munich

The room is approximately five minutes on foot from U2 Josephsplatz and around 15 minutes on foot from TUM’s main campus. The neighborhood is central and well connected, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and public transportation nearby.

Rent

EUR 420 for September, including utilities and internet.

Refundable deposit: EUR 200.

Room and facilities

The private room is fully furnished. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. Wi-Fi, utilities and laundry facilities are available.

Requirement

You must be enrolled at a university in Munich. A valid certificate of enrollment is required.

I am returning to my home country after completing my Erasmus semester and am therefore looking for someone to take over the room during this period.
