A student of Technical University of Munich from Russia is starting a book club for individuals who want to improve their knowledge of Russian language by reading literature. The main goal: deepen one’s knowledge of Russian as a foreign language through reading and discussing literary texts in a group and get to know new people. Sessions’ estimated structure: - explanation of grammatical structures and rules used in the text that we are about to read, followed by practice using examples - reading a pre-selected section from a book, including clarification of vocabulary and context - speaking activity – retelling and brief discussion of the read section Everyone with level higher or equal B1 is warmly welcome. The minimum level of language proficiency is required as the sessions will be held in Russian. P.S. I’m not a qualified teacher. By organising the book club I want to meet new people and help them on their journey towards perfect Russian.
