About us

The joint teaching and research unit (LFE) of the Professorship of Neuroengineering Materials, the Chair of Circuit Design and the Professorship of Microsensors and Actuators is part of the School of Communication, Information and Technology (CIT) of the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Together, the LFE supports research activities in the field of micro- and nanoscale electronic devices and systems as well as teaching in the areas of integrated circuits, neuroengineering and microelectronic devices and systems.

Requirements

You have knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and no inhibitions to learn one or the other application software. You are familiar with basic accounting terms and can work in a structured manner and monitor project-related schedules. A good command of English is essential. Furthermore, you are interested in working as independently as possible and enjoy working with students and a young, dynamic team.

Tasks

We offer a varied workplace with personal responsibility and creative freedom. Together with two colleagues (one full-time and one part-time) and in a division of tasks with you, your work will include the supervision and support of non-academic and academic staff in personnel matters (administration, vacation, illness, appointments, travel, ...) as well as supporting the LFE management in personnel, financial and project management tasks.

We offer

We offer a part-time position (50%) as an employee in the LFE administration. The position can be offered as a permanent position for suitable candidates. It can be filled at the earliest possible date. The position is remunerated in accordance with the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). With appropriate qualifications, a grouping in the area of the TV-L pay scale (up to E6) is possible. The university aims to increase the proportion of women. Qualified women are therefore strongly encouraged to apply. The position is suitable for severely disabled persons. Severely disabled applicants will be given preference if their suitability, qualifications and professional performance are otherwise essentially equal.
