Senior Product Manager (m/f/x)

The Digital Product School (DPS) offers participants a 3-month full-time program where diverse teams build cutting-edge digital products that solve real-world problems. It is a place where young people experience realistic working conditions. Your mission If you have built successful products in the past, but also failed miserably and learned your lessons, we have a super opportunity for you: Helping diverse teams to build user-centered products - at high speed. You will be a mentor, a coach, a product tester, interview partner, devil's advocate, a motivator, a team psychologist, a killer of bad ideas. What you already need to be is a Lean Start-up evangelist, an agile beast and a patron saint for the user's interests and needs. Your job is to make sure that the participants of the DPS discover problems that are worth being solved and develop products that solve those problems in the most user-friendly way. You have to ensure that the delivered products are valuable, usable and feasible. You will be part of our core team – which consists of Product Managers, Interaction Designers, Software Engineers, AI Specialists and Agile Coaches. In your role, you will pioneer how cross-functional teams collaborate and iterate on cutting-edge digital products. Furthermore, you will mentor and coach the participants of the DPS.

Responsibilities in detail:

Preparing the problem spaces for the teams in collaboration with the partner companies
Mentoring Junior Product Managers in Digital Product School on their journey to discover validated pain points in a broad problem space to building and releasing their first MVP
Developing, organizing and running workshops/meet-ups on current Product Management topics
Improving the Digital Product School experience for our participants in regular iterations
Developing the curriculum for Agile Coaching in collaboration with team members

Your profile
At least 3 years of hands-on product management experience
At least 3 years of work experience in an Agile environment
Strong analytical and creative skills that can be leveraged to keep things simple and effective
Experience in Coaching or leading teams is a plus
Fluent English in written and spoken word
