Contributing Factors for Active Learning(CAL)

Prof. Azzurra Ruggeri head of the Cognitive and Developmental Psychology/ TUM School of Education will visit Egypt from October 8-13, 2019 to kick off the project Contributing Factors for Active Learning(CAL). CAL aims to provide a complete picture of active learning strategies for school children. To collect the required data, interns from Cairo and Ain Shams universities will be trained on how to test school children. Thereafter the actual testing will take place in Egyptian public and private schools. The project is conducted in partnership with Cairo and Ain Shams universities.

7. Forum Agroforstsysteme: Blick aufs Ganze! Innovative Landnutzung mit vielfältigen Funktionen in der Kulturlandschaft

Erstmals in Bayern findet in Freising das 7. Forum Agroforstsysteme unter dem Mot-to "Blick aufs Ganze! Innovative Landnutzung mit vielfältigen Funktionen in der Kul-turlandschaft" statt. Die Tagung versteht sich als Plattform für Praxis, Forschung und Beratung der Agroforstwirtschaft im deutschsprachigen Raum. Die Veranstalter möchten Praktiker, Berater und Wissenschaftler gleichermaßen ansprechen und den Austausch untereinander fördern. Das Forum Agroforstsysteme richtet den Blick auf die Vielfalt der Systeme. Im Fokus stehen aber auch ökologische, ökonomische, landschaftsgestalterische, produktionstechnische und rechtliche Aspekte. Neben den aktuellen Forschungsergebnissen regen dringende agroforstliche Fragestellungen zur Diskussion an. Am zweiten Tag finden zur praxisnahen Veranschaulichung Fa-chexkursionen zu Betrieben in der Region statt.
