Max Planck Research Award
The Max Planck Research Award promotes international cooperations of German and international scientists. The program started in 1990 and honored many scientists of several disciplines. Since 2004, the Max Planck Research Award has been conferred on two internationally renowned scientific researchers. It is awarded in each case to a scientist working in Germany and to a scientist working abroad.
