Jointly run by Technische Universitaet Muenchen (TUM) and the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU), the Master of Science in Microelectronics is to educate the next generation of engineers in silicon wafer fabrication industries. Strong technical modules as well as essential non-technical topics such as product marketing, international management, patent law, culture and globalization are covered.
