Jointly run by Technische Universitaet Muenchen (TUM) and the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU), the Master of Science in Integrated Circuit Design to educate the next generation of engineers and leaders for the semiconductor and electronics industries. Strong technical modules as well as essential non-technical topics such as product marketing, international management, patent law, culture and globalization are covered. The course is held in Singapore and administered by the German Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) – TUM Asia, Singapore.Graduates can work as IC Design engineers, technical expert, or engineering managers. Branch out into concept engineering, product definition, marketing and sales, work in research institutions, and pursue further studies (PhD)
TUITION FEES:
The tuition fee is SGD 10.000 (Singepore Dollars) per semester
