Nutritional Science is a many-sided subject with an interdisciplinary orientation that examines issues concerned with socioeconomic and consumer issues, technology, household and work organization. Due to the comprehensive nature of the course, graduates find employment in many fields. Their work ranges from providing information, advice, and further and advanced training to performing management, organizational and planning tasks. They are also often concerned with product development, quality assurance, quality management, marketing, distribution and sales.
